Fitness Plus Health & Aerobics

I just joined Fitness Plus about a week ago. Everyone there is sooo nice and very supportive. It is an older facility. but you can get the same work out from old weights as you can new ones. Its not the equipment its the operator! :-)…

I checked it out when looking for a gym and I was not i, pressed. The place is small and it has very few exercise machines. It just did not have what was needed for a good weight work out.

I used to go to Fitness Plus. The don't have much of a variety of machines, and the facility isn't very up-to-date. However, it has a hometown advantage because there aren't very many gyms around this area.

Fitness Plus has an excellent variety of workout equipment, lots of different aerobics and strength training classes, a helpful and knowledgeable staff, daycare for the kids while you're working out, and a full line of tanning products on…
